Several years after graduation from law school I realized that if I were to reach my goal of providing legal
services to the health care industry I would have to offer those services differently from the large established firms.
I began offereing my services to health care entities on a monthly flat fee basis so they would have access to an
attorney without worrying about the ever mounting hourly charges. The result is a practice comprised mostly of this
type of attorney-client relationships with clients happy that we can discuss issues before they've spin out of control
into costly litigation. That work is combined with work for clients on the customary hourly basis to create what
I believe is a law office that provides a cost effective service.
